The new Windows 8.1 webcam is the best way to watch video from the cloud, according to Microsoft.
The webcam will allow the Windows 10 operating system to take full advantage of the ability to run on PCs with multiple monitors, making it possible to get the most out of the Windows hardware and its integrated display.
Windows 10 can stream video directly to any Windows PC, or to your phone, tablet or other connected device.
Microsoft said the new webcam will support 1080p video at 60 frames per second, with a high-quality 240p output.
Microsoft also says it’s going to work with a number of companies to provide a universal Windows webcam.
Microsoft is making the webcam compatible with Windows 7, Windows 8, Windows 10 and Windows Server 2016.
Windows will also support the new Microsoft Streams application to make it easier for users to access the video streaming on their Windows 10 PCs.
Windows devices can use a special device manager that allows for streaming of video content to devices like phones, tablets, and televisions, which Microsoft calls its cloud video platform.
Microsoft says its cloud-based platform will allow users to upload their video content from their personal cloud accounts to Microsoft’s streaming platforms.
In the future, Microsoft will support Windows 10 on mobile devices, as well.
Windows apps that use Windows 10 will be able to access cloud video content through a new app called Cortana.
Microsoft added a number new features to the webcam that will allow it to play the latest Microsoft games, stream movies and television shows, and even stream live television.

Microsoft wants Windows to play movies and TV shows from the Windows store.
The company is making streaming of TV shows possible for people to watch on their TVs using the Windows TV app, which is available on all platforms.
Windows Movies is available as a separate app for Windows 10, and users can stream from Windows TV apps on Apple TV and Roku.
Windows MoviePass, which lets users watch movies from Microsoft and Netflix, is also available for purchase in the Windows Store.
Microsoft has also added some features to Microsoft Stream, including support for live television, support for a variety of audio sources, and the ability for users who already have a Windows 10 PC to add the Windows Streams app to their Windows 7 or Windows 8 PC.
Microsoft will also be bringing Windows 10 to more media types including audio and video.
For example, it’s now possible to stream video to Windows Phones, Windows Phons, and Windows Phonos through the Windows MovieStream app.
The streaming feature is not currently available on the Roku app, but will be available for other Windows devices in the future.
Windows Media Center is also now available for Windows Phone and Windows Phone, and it will be an integrated feature on the Xbox One, Windows Phone 8 and Windows 10 devices.
